2009

  • Decora Ukraine company was launched
  • Decora East production plant in Witebsk in Belarus was launched, which works in the Russian and Ukrainian markets, in the field of PVC shirting-boards.
  • We reached the level of purchase savings of 10 millions PLN.
  • We introduced the e-learning platform to make our team developing more effectively.
  • We banked on the modern IT solutions- the Intercompany Module- a tool for implementing Online Ordering project.
  • We received a prize given by the board of The Free Economic Zone In Witebsk for the best ( the biggest ) investment in the zone in 2009.
  • We received a unique “Investor In the Human Capital” emblem.

2008

  • Decora sets up new distribution companies in Bulgaria, Russia and the Ukraine as well as a production facility in Belarus.
  • We purchase the remaining 30% of shares in Decora Distribution.
  • Our production facility is equipped with a plastic mixer.
  • We implement an integrated SAP computer system in our Czech, Bulgarian and Hungarian subsidiaries.
  • Decora receives more honourable titles: that of Business Gazelle and Large Pearl of the Polish Economy. We also rank 920th on the List 2000 ranking of the Rzeczpospolita daily.

2007

  • We acquire 82% of shares in the German company ewifoam E. Wicklein GmbH, the tenth entity of Grupa Kapitalowa Decora.
  • We implement the integrated SAP computer system at Decora S.A. as well as in Lithuania and Croatia.
  • We win the Construction Company of the Year Award of the Builder monthly and the Business Gazelle Award of the Puls Biznesu daily.
  • We employ over 1000 people.

2006

  • Decora acquires 70% of shares in the Romanian Decora Distribution s.r.l. company.
  • We receive the Good Company 2006 award from the Rzeczpospolita daily.
  • We purchase 100% of shares in the Hungarian distribution company Klimczuk és Társa Kft., renamed Decora Hungaria Kft.
  • Decora takes over the Croatian distribution company Addo Trgovina d.o.o.
  • We set up Decora Balt u.a.b., a distribution company, in Lithuatia.
  • Our team includes 700 people.

2005

  • On 21 June Decora goes public on the Warsaw Stock Exchange.
  • We take over two enterprises: TRANS Sp. z o.o., a manufacturing company, and Optimal Sp. z o.o., a distribution company.
  • Decora Vostok o.o.o., our Russian subsidiary, is set up.
  • Our range of products now includes bathroom decoration accessories.
  • We employ nearly 500 people.

2004

  • We introduce four brands for our products: Vidella, Arbiton, FixPrix and Festor.
  • Decora transforms into a joint-stock company.

2003

  • We divide our products into three categories: window decoration, ceiling decoration and floor finishing and decoration.
  • The Decora team includes 300 people.

2001

  • We receive the prestigious Business Gazelle title awarded by the Puls Biznesu daily for outstanding financial results, dynamic growth and reliability.
  • We introduce a new group of products - window finishing and decoration accessories.

2000

  • Decora gets a new logo. Now our colours are orange and navy-blue.
  • Our team includes 170 people.

1999

  • IOur Czech distribution company, Decora Nova, is set up.
  • Our Polish distribution network grows with new trade offices in Sroda Wielkopolska, Bialystok, Rzeszow, Sochaczew, Tczew and Tychy.
  • We introduce a new group of products - floor finishing and decoration accessories.
  • We employ as many as 110 people.

1997

  • We move into our newly-built office building, production facility and warehouses.
  • We branch out to reach Central and Eastern European markets.
  • Our team features 33 people.

  • Our offer expands to other interior décor products: ceiling moulding, rosettes, wall insulation and heat reflectors.
